Whispering Pines is located in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey; which is a desirable suburb of New York City located 30 miles from downtown Manhattan. Heating throughout the home, except for the master, bath and sunroom is via a new highly efficient 6 zone gas fired hot water baseboard heating system. The sunroom and master bath are heated by their own gas fired in floor radiant heating system. To facilitate filling the large Jacuzzi, the master bath has its own new high efficient 200 gallon water heater. You will not run out of hot water.
