Solomon Mikhoels: Unwritten Autobiography

Professor of Jewish History Vasily Shchedrin and actor Roman Freud present a theatrical composition about the life of Jewish actor and public figure Solomon Mikhoels (1890-1948). The composition is based on Mikhoels' "unwritten autobiography", composed of fragments of his published and unpublished works - about politics, culture and theatrical art, about the roles played and the roles that he did not play, in which Mikhoels, according to him, "revealed himself, his thoughts, his sensation life through the image."
